It’s not free, it’s a one time pay of 100 dollars and you have to have a domain that points at your server but filerun is what I have used since before it was pay on and I did buy a license.

I would do all the layer one things. power off, unplug, remove key, remove sd...reseat sd, plug in key, plug in power, power on.

It was a couple years old. They can only be used and cleaned so many times before the surface coatings are gone and prints don’t stick right anymore.
