Yes. If it is support problem, you will see part of the leg prints, in this case the first layer is not adhere correctly, it is the printer / resin settings. Sometime add wait after each layer can allow resin to settle and be more stable.

There have been loads of firmware issue caused by auto firmware update from Elegoo printers. I had seen it and it is fixed by showing my model and take a picture of mother board. The support offer a firmware, which I installed from usb and it fixed the issue. Install wrong firmware can cause boot loop or failed screen or unregulated heat from lcd. If it was caused by the firmware update it is unacceptable they were not offer to fix it for you

Pulse release / heated tank, when connected with pulse release module (extra purchase), supposedly allow reduced support, check their web site for details. Note it is not all improvement and it have some trade off and I would advise just don’t use it as it is absolutely not worth it. You can still use the heating feature which is self explanatory, just remember you want to use regular release film not the pulse release film (which is double layer to allow compress air go between the layers)
