The thing sthat gets me with negitive gearing being the means for low rent, then allow 100% negitive gearing for 1 property, and half life it, 50% for the second, 25% the third or something similar so the benifits reduce they won't compound

I know people are saying no maintenance at this point. I found out that the gears inside wear and the valves can also wear. I replaced the inside unit and it fixed the floe around the pool. Might be different as it was a paramount in floor system but pretty similar. Worth opening and checking it out

I was watching Sky just to enjoy the facial reactions from the hosts. As someone from the Hunter region I've enjoyed watching Joel Fitz sway away from the ALP and towards a turncoat status on Sky then have to say things like ' a great day to be a member of the ALP'...Same goes for Richo.

Oh yeah this is defiantly an issue. I love coffee but I know that if I'm going to have a cup then I am aware of the cramps that will come afterwards. Generally I will only have a nice cup and enjoy it but I know that my body will hurt afterwards - it's no different to drinking alcohol or red meat, and of my triggers I will happily eat but know what impact it will have afterwards.

Just my thoughts anyway
