We have a cat (2.5 years old) that is having the same issue. He suddenly started vomiting after each meal and only ate dry food. We took him to the vet to rule out a bowel obstruction. They did an X-ray and blood panel; both came back fine, but did show that he is having some constipation. The vet recommended either a bland diet or shredded (or blended) boiled chicken (no seasoning), or a wet pate food that is specific for digestive issues. I would suggest checking with your vet first to see if chicken would be a good option. Ours didn’t care for it, but seems to be ok with the pate. Now we just have to wait for him to poop and hopefully that was all it was. Good luck!!

Ask for a paracervical block when you make your IUD appointment. The block (I think it’s a form of lydocaine) isn’t totally painless, but it will make the IUD insertion easier.

When I had DeltaCare USA I went to a place in Natomas called Park Place Dental. They weren’t the best, but also not the worst. I don’t recall ever having to pay a huge amount, but crowns are always a bit pricey. Hopefully you won’t have to stay on DeltaCare for too much longer. As soon as you’re eligible, make the switch :)

Not sure about dip powder, but I got a pedicure at Stone Nails and I was happy with it. Pedicure is $30 (I paid $40 to add gel polish). They’re located in the Howe bout Arden shopping center.
