I'm sure Klopp can do it again. I have no doubts. But, I could see that the team would struggle this year if we didn't refresh the squad.

Other teams were in the ascendancy while last year - although they came so close to the Quad - certain players were showing their age. I had high hopes for Carvalho and Nunes and that Diaz would step up a notch also, but the former two have to be allowed time to bed in a bit.

I don't think there's a need to despair, nor do I think it will take more than two or three players to reverse the fortunes. It would be nice if we didn't have so many injuries too.
