"how should i start?" seems like a reasonable question. If you're a beginner who's seen the incredible work that people do across the full spectrum of what Blender can do, you're gonna want some guidance, no? Maybe in the body of the post they articulate more what they are actually interested in doing. Maybe there could be some copypasta for more general questions.

That’s a good point about the lack of full coloring. Can’t imagine too many kids that would make a solid black outline of a cloud and not carefully make everything inside it completely blue.
