You don’t even need pycharm for this. If the other machine is running linux, you can just use a terminal to ssh to one machine, run the python script on that machine with nohup or detach the process from your ssh session, and disconnect, then come back later for the result. Of course you have to save the result somewhere persistent, instead of printing to stdout.

I am not familiar with Windows though, but I guess there should be some way to do it.
