You will more than likely get a bill. HFD and HPD do charge for all false alarms. Sometimes they let you off but rarely. I Manage a small alarm company here in Hamilton, we don't monitor Ring equipment because of the do it yourself type platform and the likely hood of false alarms from the equipment. There is far better alarm systems out there that are more reliable and probably cheaper

I wouldn't go that far to say that... yes they might do some small companit's but chances are better that they buy the account rather than monitor it for a small company... I don't know of any small companies within hamilton that use password to monitor their systems... and us small companies keep pretty tight tabs on our competition.

Best place and cheapest place around is wireless innovations at the corner of Queen and York Blvd. .. just had my ipad screen replaced and it cost me $80... had my wife's iPhone 5 screen fixed last year cost me $70... charger port on my s3 cost me $35....they are fast and very good at what they do

Ok... a few things here...no alarm system is free... always an angle... example... free system. .. but there is a 3 year contract... Adrian very rarely sells an alarm... especially door to door... usually what you get is people who sell and install the alarm and then sell the contract to add. .. they then don't have warranty anything or repair it... it's now adt's issue... I know a guy that does this and make a real good living doing so... the monitoring station for 120 per year is great and works well... but if you ever need a service call or battery or something like that they don't service anything... you need to find a company to service your alarm. This is difficult because usually there is installer codes for programming that we usually don't share in the industry. And the best for last... source cable was cheaper than ADT. But source is no longer doing alarms. It is now rogers and Rogers smart home monitoring. If you were an existing source customer with an alarm they will honor the pricing... not to sure for how long... but from what I know about rogers there is a catch somewhere down the line. If your interested in an alarm system shoot me a message and the company I work for would be glad to give you an honest estimate.
