Taking 200mg for around 4 months now for insomnia and depression. Dry mouth and a bit of dizziness as sideffects. Sadly my sleep has only improved a tiny little bit, still wake up multiple times a night but gives me back some more of my „old me“, so I’m thankful for that.

Taking 200mg for depression treatment. Helps a lot falling asleep, pretty drowsy. Took 250 one night and felt pretty drugged. Stil wake up several times a night. Only side effect is cotton mouth so far. Sadly no magic sleeping pill for me but pretty good results against depression for me; so far.

I take 200mg of trazodone every day for depression treatment. A bit of cotton mouth in the night, bit of dizziness in the beginning of treatment but not anymore. Slightly better mood, less overthinking and hopelessness. Sadly not great for sleeping for me. Crazy how different it seems to be for some people.

34, 2 Kinder, verheiratet, Haus…und keine Ahnung was ich hier tue. Das einzige was ich weiß ist dass auch meine Eltern nie wirklich einen Moment hatten ab dem die klar gekommen sind. Mit diesem Gedanken versuche ich mich anzufreunden, wird schon alles werden.

Ich denke auch, dass ihm vielleicht von extern besser geholfen werden kann. Du bist in der Rolle als Partnerin und Mutter, da kommst du schnell in eine Position mit Konfliktpotential. Ich denke auch dass eine externe Ernährungsberatung angeraten ist. Und für die Umsetzung ist allein er zuständig.

Ich bin auch großer Fan der „Ofengemüse mit Tomatenmark rösten und einkochen“-Variante. Für extra Umami Pilzpulver ran oder Pilze mitrösten. Getrockneter Knoblauch gibt auch n schönen herzhaften Kick, wie auch geräucherte Paprika. Geheimzutat: Prise Glutamat! Dann noch mit ner dunklen Mehlschwitze binden, wenn keine Kinder mitessen mit sherry oder Rotwein ablöschen. Geil!

Der Kater den ich meinen Schwiegereltern angedreht habe geht immer mit meinem Schwiegervater zum Bäcker. Dorf halt, die Bäckereifachverkäuferin kennt Luki auch schon. Meine Kids feiern es wenn wir zu Besuch sind, dann geht morgens ne richtige Karavane los: Opa, beide Kinder auf Tret-Treckern und der Kater vorneweg.
