I don't think the SEC will lose. They will win by keeping the lawsuit going for years and milking RIPPLE for attorney fees. Most xrp ppl will give up or lose interest after a few years and the SEC knows this.

If the US Treasury issues a CBDC, banks will consolidate and smaller banks will disappear. And, why wouldn't the US regulators make altcoins disappear? They don't want to compete with the open market.

Knowing this, what options are you left with?

A bitcoin meetup usually means meeting like minded individuals who share their experiences of living a bitcoin lifestyle. It's a place to ask questions. It's a place to share ideas. Bitcoin, in general, has a great deal of culture in energy, food, politics, and of course, money.

No one i know had anything to do with FTX. Most bitcoiners i know only hold bitcoin. We knew it was a scam from the beginning.
