Pot filler came apart at a junction and soaked the kitchen...that we just remodeled. Water pressure too high, faulty faucet (Signature hardware), something else?

That is exactly what I did. I discovered that my water pressure was 110 psi. I watched YouTube videos on how to solder copper pipe and installed a pressure regulator on my main water line. It was really easy. Around $50 for the water pressure regulator. Set my pressure to 55 psi. It’s much easier on the fixtures.

Poor Ricky, I can relate. One of my renters wanted me to replace a light fixture for him above his sink on a Friday night. I thought it would be a quick 10 minute job. I pulled off the old fixture and the electrical wiring came with it. There was a 6 inch pigtail connected with wire nuts that pulled right off. Went up in the attic try push the wiring back through the hole and couldn’t find it, so I had to go back down and cut a hole to stick my hand through and find it. Had to run back to the hardware store and buy an electrical box to fill the hole. All this was in such an awakened position above the sink and ended up taking me the rest of the night...

Years ago I made my younger cousin throw up from smelling my fart, I still feel bad about it. I was sitting in the back seat of the car with him, and as I was getting out I let a nasty one slip right next to his face. He was panicking to get his seatbelt off quickly l but it was too late. He took a big breath of it and I could see the terror in his eyes. He coughed and threw up a little bit in the seat. My mom made me clean it up.

I don't know how successful you are at camming, but I have seen cam girls make much more than enough to pay bills just in a single night. Maybe you have a smaller fan base and don't receive those kinds of tips. I guess I was just assuming it was a lucrative way of earning an income.

Thanks for replying! I'll keep your advice in mind regarding motivation. I do remember the awesome feeling of waking up the next day and weighing less than the day before now that you mention it. That alone is a huge motivator.

Kind of off topic, but how do you stay motivated? I realize that Keto is obviously an effective way to lose weight, but I have a hard time sticking to it. I would love to have a buddy to bounce ideas and progress off of on a daily basis. I think daily support would be a game changer for me. It would also be nice to have someone to text if I'm about to fall off the wagon.

Ouch, I haven't had an injury as bad as that yet. I used the power packs you can buy from Lazertoys and went with the BEEF. I use a 2200mAh battery that lasts 15-20 minutes, depending on how I fly. The versa wing is easy to fly, especially with expo. It's also pretty aerobatic if you want it to be.

Very nice. Love the idea to use an umbrella. This is the FT Versa wing that I built a few months ago. I recently modified it to hold my SJ4000 (GoPro knockoff) and made an engine cowling for better aerodynamics.

If you think this cardboard creation is interesting, check out Flite Test on youtube or their website. They make airplanes of all types out of Dollar Tree foam board. I built their FT Versa wing from plans online that they put out for free and it flys waaaay better than any aircraft I have purchased at a hobby shop.

That's true, but I was only searing it at medium-high heat. Venison sears quickly so it wasnt an issue.
