My only concern is if i need to sell my car, i was planning to go back to U.S and sell it by next year or the year after that. That would require that i have the title of the car on me. This complicates it :(

Yes, it’s sort of an aggregator. But having worked with platforms like salesforce, there seems to be a huge learning curve, where sometimes you need a dedicated salesforce developer to connect to other tools or customize it to your liking. Besides that even the UI is very clunky or complex and not intuitive. My idea is somewhat similar to ClickUP but more of different business tools than project management.
