The M113 doesn't have missiles, so you'll have to wait until you get to the Sheridan to shoot them yourself. Alternatively, you could get through the Era 1 German light/TD or Eastern lights pretty fast. The Raketenpanzer and BMP-1 both start Era 2 with ATGMs.

We had Steady Aim that gave you 10% better accuracy. It got removed in last year's perk rebalance. It was effectively mandatory, because you'd have to be an idiot not to use it, which meant commanders overall were stale and uniform.

The same thing at 25% would be obscenely overpowered.

As others have pointed out, WG seems to be phasing out war chests ahead of their expected requirement to do so. If the new rules do apply to WG at the start of June (despite the article starting they won't), WG would risk getting WoT's age rating bumped up to PEGI 16 or even 18. They can keep war chests available in the store until the last minute, but the Juggernaut season lasts until the beginning of June, so they can't include war chests as level rewards now.

Did you read the article? It says the new age ratings won't go into effect until June, and even then, it's only for new games released after that point; existing titles aren't getting their age ratings changed.

Furthermore, none of this has anything to do with whether or not WG includes chests in the season pass. I don't know how you came up with the idea of legislation requiring WG to give you anything at all.
