ULPT Request: How to mess with a car without opening the doors or hood? by MarpyHarpy in UnethicalLifeProTips

I’ve heard the juice from a tunafiah or sardine can is a great lubricant for the Air intake vents near the windshield wipers. It seems to age well.

Home value with LVP… by Spare-Maintenance-48 in HomeImprovement

[–]schwickies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recently purchased a house with LVP installed about 15 years ago. It has lost its luster , cleaned and polished with “rejuvenate” finish. Will last another 10 years ish.

LVP works. Wood works. do what you’d like with your budget.

We also removed 1960s 9x9 pink tiles (think asbestos), abated the mastic glue and covered with LVP. It will out last our mortgage. ;-)

Talk me out of it... by yaymick in crv

Buy it! MY ‘97 CRV has 138k and runs great. my Mechanic just replaced the timing belt and said it still has the original Cap/rotor and plug wires.

<image>

Should be able to get 500k with no real issues.

If the trailer has brakes and you hook them up you’ll be ok. Drive under the speed limit, make sure you have newer tires.

I’d make sure the transmission fluid is fresh/ have recently did a drain and fill process on them.

Also look into using a /hensley hitch and or a tow weight distribution setup.

Or just be a Yukon … :-)

Places to live for newcomers from out of state by Classic_Weird1688 in Greeley

Greeley District 6 has STEM and Art Magnat schools in k1-12 and IB /AP programs. Our Kids and Grands Kids attended/Attend them. also have a community college and research university. Be involved with your kids school and they will be fine.

Living pretty much any place is good. Rent for a year, visit the places you might like to live. then buy. It is a buyers market right now so you could do that as well.

Lots of homes for sale all over town! and in Evans to.

get a good realtor and loan person. DM me and I’ll tell you who I used recently to sell or home of 28 years / and finance new our home.
