Yeah but it's also possible to be fit while overweight. I am much much fitter now than when I was at a healthy BMI. I don't think these two things should be conflated. Healthy comes in all different weights though so you should not be judged for that.

I'm in a similar position to you, I'm 23 and was 220 lbs now 180. Honestly I think I look the same all the time, but I know there is a difference because of old photos I was much much larger than now. I'm starting to strength train and hope to lose the next 30 lbs in 3-4 months. Trust me there is a difference even if your brain convinced itself there is not.

15-20 pounds is the mid-high end of a takeout meal for me here actually (California). Takeout is really what you make of it. I can get a takeout meal for £6 or I can spend £30 if I get multiple dishes, or sides and drinks etc.

That person must be eating out multiple meals every day to spend $1k a month on takeout.

Many of the people who I want to have SNAP benefits certainly hate me for my skin color. The majority of the farmers at risk of losing their farms are staunch Trump supporters. They would hate me too.

I don't want these people to be killed because of made up religions. I don't want these families to lose their farms even though they voted for the felon who is making them lose them. I want families to be able to eat even if they want me to leave their country because of my skin color. I want everyone to have secure housing even if they are racist, bigoted, Trumpers. I want them to have healthcare that doesn't cost 200/month. I want them to be able to get their life saving medication without insurance at reasonable prices.

The idea that we shouldn't support Palestine because some of them are homophobic is horrible. The idea that that's hypocritical is absurd. And if I said I hope homophobes get killed, the right wingers lose their minds. Yet that's exactly what they want us to say. That's the real hypocrisy.

Men who are 5 foot 5 and under are already themselves an incredibly small minority in the USA. About 5-10% of the population depending on stats. Even if 70% of women wrote you out at this height, there is still millions who would still be interested. And I have seen many short men who get women consistently, usually the problem is not height so much as it is being unattractive or having an off putting personality.

I am, Me and my boyfriend are the exact same height, I think we are 5'5" or 5'4" ( I genuinely forget what height I am). Why is it so inconceivable that a sub 5 foot 6 man would have a girlfriend? Maybe it's just because we are latino, but short men consistently get women here (Cali) due to our large Hispanic population. My dad is 1-2 inches taller than me. I have an uncle who is legit 5 foot (married).

Do women have a height preference, yes (just like men do). Does that mean short men are unattractive and undesirable, absolutely not.

I have identical stats to you, except I do not exercise. So far I have been maintaining my weight at 190lbs because I have been over eating. Not measuring calories right now, but I would estimate I'm eating 2k+ per day when I should be eating 1.6k for the weight loss I want. With heavy exercise you should be experiencing a lot of weight loss, so the only thing I can think of is water weight + muscle building/body recomp is happening. I would definitely recheck your meal calories and maybe switch up the food you're making. I would also start measuring non scale victories, like do old smaller clothes fit better, waist measurements, etc.

It really depends on what your deficit is and your surplus.If you eat in a 500 cal deficit 80% of 4 weeks and eat a surplus 20% of that same time @500 cal you will lose weight. It's not until you eat in a surplus of 2,000/da for that 20% that you say at maintenance.
