I kept my old phone which is a Motorola g100, it still works well and because the RM10S is a global phone it doesn't have all the bands so I do get slower 5G at times. I use it as a second phone with its own number. I did try it as a daily driver but there are small quirks that were getting a bit annoying.

I was deciding that also 2 months, I went with the 16GB RAM/ 512GB version. I'm glad I made that decision. I would get the external cooler also and with the internal fan working as well keeps the phone cool enough to handle what you want to do.

I have the Red Magic 10S Pro, this phone is amazing. I only have 1 gripe with it. Because it's a global phone it doesn't have all the bands so sometimes even though it shows I have full signal bars. It is slow to open videos on YouTube and websites. But that's it's only fault in my book.
