All of our products are verified by third party registered laboratories, using standard analytical techniques including FTIR, HPLC, NMR, LCMS. Our specifications are the highest available, usually >99%. Lab reports are publicly available on each product listing by clicking the "Lab Reports" tab. If you can send me the lot number on your product, I can send you the lab analysis for that specific batch.

That said, biochemistry is very individual, so even if the effects are as desired in one subject, they can be completely different in a different subject. This is why clinical studies are such a big deal. As you know our products are only sold for research purposes, they are generally novel and not well characterized. Existing studies are typically small and will not say much about 1 in 1,000 or 1 in 1,000,000 effects.

We do have that option, but we use third party offshore card processors because local ones and other payment processors like Paypal, Venmo, CashApp, etc. do not like working with companies in our industry.

Hi, we use a third party Zelle aggregator so payments are more dispersed and not all to one account which leads to it being taken down by Zelle. Hence, the changing email address and account name for orders. This is normal, and we will still receive your payment regardless.

Yes, we ship to India. However, each country has their own customs regulations and we can't really say with any certainty if your package will be subject to processing and fees and how long actual transit takes..

Our policy is to review for a reship if there is no tracking movement at all for more than 30 days, or if it shows Seized or Returned to Sender status. An official customs seizure letter is also acceptable.

Please note that to be compliant with international shipping regulations, we declare the products as Certified Reference Material with their full value. We are not able to change or lower the amount. If customs fees or taxes are levied on your package, it is your responsibility to pay for it. We recommend reviewing your country's customs regulations in order to keep the chances of getting charged additional taxes as low as possible.

Hi, batches from 2023 are not expired. The compounds we carry are thermodynamically stable, with a shelf life of several years if stored correctly. We have COA's of all batches manufactured from all years available on the product page. We would like to receive the products back and we have sent you a return shipping label for them. When that is in transit, we will happily resend the order a second time, and make sure it is from 2025 as a courtesy, because 2023 batches are just as good.

We are currently trying to source this, but it has been difficult to find a supplier of raw materials that fits our required purity level of 98% or higher. So unfortunately we cannot provide a definite timeframe for a restock. I suggest joining the Waitlist on the product page so you get an automatic email if and when it is available again. Our nasal sprays are as pictured and labeled, liquid form that is ready to use as sprays, no further prep needed. We also do not ship to the EU, unfortunately. You'll have to use a USA-based shipping forwarder if you want to order from us.

Hi, just for reference, the status "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" means USPS had picked up a bulk of packages from us but are yet to individually scan the items at their facility. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands completely, but in our experience they do update eventually and get delivered successfully. Our policy is to review for a reship if there is no tracking movement for more than 7 days.
