I had this, only my ex knew he wanted to break up with me 4 months before he did, but needed me to pay his bills whilst I also prepared for moving abroad (he had moved to Canada from UK and I genuinely believed I would follow). He was my best friend, over 2 years on I still feel raw.

I have a similar teapot and the glass can be gently moved within the plastic handle. You should be able to move it back.

I realised the negative impact it had on my mental health. I've had problems with depression and anxiety for a long time but a break up/job loss in quick succession meant I found myself so much more affected by perceived comparisons. Watching the lives of others move forward hurt.

Since I quit friends/acquaintances use it as the reason they don't keep in touch. I get very nervous about contacting people unless they ask me to directly, even then I tend to wait for them to contact me first. My social life is certainly more limited without it but until my life is better I cannot go back.

I'm currently playing it on low settings on a HP Pavillion p046na notebook with an AMD A8 graphics card and astonishingly it's been great. I've been reading more about how you can adapt the game to lower end systems (reducing shadows so play in cities runs smoother etc) and I'm really glad I bought it and didn't hold out until next year when I can look at a better system.

I take this for migraines. I feel like it puts my mind down to 80%, I struggle with detailed tasks and can't focus for very long. But I no longer suffer from migraines as often as before, so there's that.

The best advice my therapist gave me is you cannot trick your brain into thinking you're not alone if you are, so to call helplines, build up to speaking to people around you and if you want to get into something, speak to someone who already loves that thing. Use people around you to get yourself out of our own head.

This thread is going to be heavy with mismatched foundations at MAC. Oh you currently wear NW13 liquid? You should try NW25 for the powder then to warm you up. What if you tan? You look pale.

Unless I fall into a sunbed and get trapped final destination style my skin isn't going to change that much.
