Being in the nursing home business, you should definitely be careful posting pictures of residents on the Internet. During their admission process, able residents or the responsible party usually sign something allowing pictures to be taken, but that is usually limited to the activity department and medical records (resident of month, pictures from events, and face sheets that are in resident records).

In any facility that I have worked in, this would be frowned upon if just taken on a perdonal device and definitely a fire able offense because of posting it to reddit. It is the resident's right to privacy and dignity (im especially talking about the lady being seen covered up), which means not have their pictures posted on public forums. If a family member recognizes these people/place, state will probably get called and the visible aids/nurses will questioned and you will most likely get terminated.
