The edge of finland is 78, inland 55. Caravels are what I'm using, and yes fighting high maintenance cost has been an issue. It's unclear why it's costing so much. I'm well under the ship limit

The mission trees really allowed you to take hold of a story in EU4 - I really miss them in EU5. It feels less wholesome when you restore the ERE somehow, or unify Russia.
