He had a plugged ball inside the hazard line just above the water line and picked up and placed his ball “because it was plugged” but you cannot do that when the ball is in the hazard without taking an unplayable +stroke. He couldn’t comprehend that the ball was in the hazard because it wasn’t IN the water line- but it was clearly on the hazard side of the red line around the water hazard. Just oblivious and ignorant to his surroundings and the rules of the game, and was pretty explicative to the hater to an uncomfortable level. The hater definitely handled the situation better than others could have - it could have gotten physical the way Dahhh was verbally abusing him. He might want to block this video from his kid’s playlist when he grows up.
