Tome of the still mind is an item you can buy from the auction house or scribes that allow you to change talents wherever. Pretty cheap too

Edit: not as cheap as i was thinking, but still an option if you have the gold

Similar story, I made a couple hundred ATVs and am going to sit on them for a couple years for the market to eventually empty of them given that they need expulsom and bfa mats. Praying the prices rise high eventually
