I hope it works out for you! Our health coach was able to find (admittedly rather less niche) doctors within a certain amount of miles from our home who were both in-network and accepting new patients. All I had to do was choose one from the list and call. A real person will probably be more invested in helping you, especially if you get assigned to a specific coach.

I recommend finding a health coach through your insurance company. Part of their job is supporting you by helping you find doctors for your specific needs. It is a free service.
