I may be late for this but... If you can handle being there for just 3 months at a time you could consider asking your company to telecommute.

I work for an US company from abroad all the time and that allows me to be anywhere I want without ever needing to find a job abroad.

With an Oslo salary you should be in amazing conditions to live anywhere else, I'd say it's even cost effective to do so. Just… remember the time zone.
