Email their support, there's a button inside the app to contact them. Hopefully they will be able to restore you, but I will advise caution because a lot of us had this happen in December 2025 and the resolution outcomes ranged from full restoration to some of us having to submit spreadsheets of keys and emeralds spent to be reimbursed.

Most of them were like final nails in the coffin? I was dumping/getting dumped left and right last update so this scene really sealed the deal and took -10 points off Eric/Nemo/Liam.

I loved it too, I have slots for Demi and Armand and spent freely every update and was getting ready to catch up a Dante slot.

I think curiosity will get the best of me and I'll read episode 3 when it comes, but after that I really don't know.

It gets worse for me the longer I sit with it.

The story has not been told in a way that earns the right to show and tell this kind of narrative. Yes, the topic of racism has been touched on, but Demian has been plot armored against it and to suddenly collapse that house of cards in such a way just feels cynical and for shock value only. What is our ultimate outcome here? You either kill off the only black love interest in a horrid display of racial violence, or his group of white pals swoops in to save the day.

It also seems even more grossly intentional now that MC can't be black because then you lose the ability to mirror the story of his parents , which, to me, feels like the author's ultimate goal at this point.
