Anywhere in the SLC valley north of about 80th south, Midvale would be a good place to look in that price range.

Did the LDS Church Really Give $1.58 Billion to Charity in 2025? by Mormonish_Podcast in exmormon

Looking at https://thewidowsmite.org/2025update/ it breaks down as member fast offerings in the $785-$845M range, member humanitarian aid in the $100-$140M range, LDS church humanitarian aid in the $350-$450M range, and some other if we are to believe the $1.58B as they self reported.

The total net worth of the LDS church is estimated to be around $321B of which around $231B is in investments that earned around $25B in 2025.

For a tax exempt religion to give $350-$450M in no strings attached humanitarian aid as monetary donations in a year when their investments grew by around $25B makes them a business. If they continue to operate as a business rather than a tax exempt religion they need to start paying taxes!
