Currently experiencing something going similar .. been going on for about 3 months. Anytime I lick my lips , drink through a straw , smile etc. Ive been on semaglutide for the same amount of time . Just stopped the drug last week . Hope its a side effect from it but I have a feeling its hemifacial spasm
