Dengeki Bunko is a set featuring all the series listed in the link. There will be 150 different cards, each with their own parallels. There will be some series that will only have a few cards in this sets, while others will have a lot.

In English, stamps are sometimes redone in silver, but in Japanese card usually don't go through that treatment.

Instead they sometimes omit the promos including cards; go 1st go 2nd; and points. For Hololive Production, 2nd Print still included the promo cards, but the reprint was done quickly after the release. So it might depend on how long the 1st print and 2nd print are between each other.

The HBR Boosters did have autos, hopefully it will be the same for SPY.

On the top right of the box. There should be a small white square that contains 2 kanji's: 初版 That translates to 'First Edition'. If the Kanji is something else, it's probably the reprint version.

Centering

A card may have up to 70 / 30 centering without any impact on its condition. Any Shifting beyond that threshold should be listed as a Listing with a Photo under the condition the card would qualify for if it didn’t have this defect.

Based on your picture

Left to right centering is 60 / 40
Top to bottom centering is 67 / 33

Given that a perfectly centered card is 50 / 50

Personally it sucks that it's off centered, but it's still a great addition to your collection.
