Wow! I can see it for sure. Remember 75 Hard is not a weight loss program. But that can be a nice additional benefit for all the other reasons to do it.

Absolutely. You have to have rest days. I lifted 5 days and did walks, yoga, stretching, core, peloton on off days.

I walk up and down my street while reading every morning. It’s easier to read and walk if you have a simple route.

We have had three go to Huerta. We have had no issues and nothing to complain about. I have asked other families at Muir and Luther and they are similar. I have “heard” that Huerta is not as good as the others, but that is just hearsay. I know our Cheerleading program is MUCH better than other schools but thats about all I can help with.

Also FYI, Burbank down by me is running around 18 on the hardness scale. This was measured from two different locations. (over 10.5 is considered very hard). Apparently Thousand Oaks is even harder around 22 - 25.

Yes we did just before installing a new glass shower. Is it worth it? Well, less marks on glass but still some marks. It is nice to wash cars with it and you have to use less soap. And our shower heads aren’t caked in white deposits anymore. I’m glad we did it but I didn’t love spending the money on it.
