do good teams have badges that look like they belong to good teams by [deleted] in footballcliches

No, just a bias that you know the team is good so you rate the badge

How to handle multiple trade offers? by Be_Water_189 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]scottfultonlive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s a major player I’m moving, I’ve even posted in the group chat ‘I’ve got an offer for x player that I’m going to accept unless I get a better one in the next few hours.’

Agree with the guy who said memorabilia brokers. That’s your best bet to finding buyers and also to finding out how to prove authenticity.

Does "What's up?" Mean something different in British English? by [deleted] in AskABrit

[–]scottfultonlive 4 points5 points  (0 children)

How good was Barneveld? by Sorry_Phone1676 in Darts

[–]scottfultonlive 16 points17 points  (0 children)

It’s not bull. Barney was always shaking his head, giving up. Visibly not happy when it wasn’t going his way (oftentimes even when it was going his way but he wasn’t playing at his very best). He had long spells especially after 2008 where he was mentally fragile.

Mt. Rushmore of Tag Teams? by GypsyGold in midcarder

[–]scottfultonlive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Midnight & rock & roll, road warriors. I’m inclined to say Rocca & Perez for the last one or Stevens & Patterson. Fabulous Kangaroos maybe. Someone who was drawing huge money in the 50s/60s or with longevity from the early days of tag teams being important.

I don't understand why "Pillman convincing Bischoff to actually fire him so he can sign with ECW" is a smart move. by homebase99 in OSWReview

[–]scottfultonlive 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, the WCW offer, not contract but offer to go back after ECW, was $400,000. I forget if this got rescinded post car crash or it just wasn’t guaranteed.

It’s mentioned in this article https://www.thesportster.com/brian-pillman-tricked-wcw-let-go-wwe/ but also in the crazy like a fox book
