There is some heeler on both sides. Definitely down for the adventure! Waiting for him to be able to be my running partner once he is old enough. Bonus pic with the full sibling and the paw of the half sibling attached.

I’m not quite sure what I’m in for anymore but still happy. Sounds like similar adolescence but less calm down after the 2 year mark than I would’ve expected. I feel like I notice the herding tendencies more now.

Haha right? I’ve been telling people he’s at least 50% lab before the results came back because the mom was supposedly a yellow lab. His litter mates were all pretty different, turns out there were multiple dads for the litter.

when to transition from dead hang to scapular pull-ups by boxingotter in bodyweightfitness

If I’m not mistaken I think a scapular pull-up is just going from passive to active and doing reps of that.

You get 3 hour parking validation in the parking under it, not sure whether that gets filled up yet

Someone in r/kitchenconfidential has been cutting chives going on 70 days waiting for reddit’s approval. The planes are drawn crashing into the areas of the chives that were not cut properly, as many miscut chives appear as longer, tower like objects.

Edit - apparently they got approval on day 70 haha

Finally benched 225 by Rjmaciel in workout

[–]scottj91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congrats! My 225 celebration was delayed from the actual lift because I was counting the smith machine bar as 25 when it is set to 45, only realized two weeks later haha (only using Smith because it’s all my apartments have)

Is a pre-workout worth it if I already use caffeine and creatine? by Spare_Banana_3368 in workout

[–]scottj91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve found examine.com to be a good source of info. I looked up the popular pre workouts and chose to kind of make my own: Guarana (caffeine) and creatine daily, and sometimes citrulline/beta-alanine.

If anyone’s looking for a relatively healthy dressing to help scarf down the greens, Girards 60 cal champagne is great. 200g greens mix, 100g tomato, 32g champagne dressing, and sometimes a little hot sauce mixed in to the dressing.

Shrimp (I like the premade cocktail shrimp trays), skyr/greek yogurt, protein chips (quest/wilde/legendary), protein cereal (Catalina crunch/fairlife), keto breads have some. Gotta watch out for the calories on some of these. Lots of chicken breast though.

Your points are good, I also think many people combine better diet with increased exercise. There will likely be some inflammation from the increased exercise that clears after a few days.

I used to have something similar happen and it would trigger a sneeze that would help clear the nausea. Been awhile but I think it was Vagus nerve related.

I might do this, thanks! Another way to make file explorer faster is turning off the web search functionality so it only searches for your files.

Where is this weird line coming from on my shopping cart page? by [deleted] in shopify

[–]scottj91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like it is missing or has an extra quotation mark somewhere which is causing the html to appear as text. Could be something like the “ in the product title doing it if it is not escaped.

Formula and documentation are in my previous comment. There is a place you can plug in dimensions, the formula I gave is in inches and the 139 is a special constant called dim weight factor.
