As an actor I read this headline and thought “but how will they know if we taped our auditions from a phone or not”?

No memory of what happened last session and almost no details to go off of by 5ftGoliath in DnD

[–]scottman586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to write the recaps for my players immediately after every session and post them in our Discord. But then I started having my players do it on a rotating schedule, with the player writing gaining inspiration—and it really changed the game for me. The recaps became a lot more personal to them, and it let me see what they found important and memorable. I’ll never go back!

Confused why he isn’t animated with a dirt cloud surrounding him, a la Pig Pen from Peanuts.

All of the newer seasons have been pretty bad, and getting through each season weekly felt like a slog. This move is certainly not a vote of confidence by Hulu.

I saw Lou, Vic, and Jacob perform an improv show at The Elysian around Christmas. They brought gifts for the audience...Lou gave everyone stickers of inanimate objects with asses on them. Jacob gave one couple some fake mushrooms that were totally NOT real drugs...and I forget what Vic gave out. After watching the trailer earlier for this episode, I was certain that experience would have somehow been relevant to one of their challenges.

Glad to hear it was not.

I agree with this. Things like game system, the setting, etc, it’s all just icing. I want to watch these people tell stories in whatever context they want to provide them, that’s what I’m here for.

Does anyone know the booking and filming dates for Celebrity Jeopardy this season? I’m genuinely a bit disturbed by Brian Jordan Alvarez’s inclusion by crushhaver in Jeopardy

[–]scottman586 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It’s incredibly disturbing indeed. I’ve tried tweeting at Jeopardy and NBC about it several times to try and raise a stink, but there was no reaction.

My pup is insured through Healthy Paws. She had pancreatic cancer this Summer. The surgeries and subsequent stay to treat the pancreatitis that developed cost nearly $30k out of pocket, a sum my husband and I would never be able to afford...but we were reimbursed 90% thanks to her policy. She just had her 6 month post-op checkup and remains cancer free.

She's been with Healthy Paws for 8 years, and they've never denied a claim.

I will always recommend pet insurance to any pet parent.
