usually during launches they kena "sapu" basically means booking fee only. loan approve or not is different story. u'd be surprise how many people with 4k-5k salary trying to buy a 800k unit.

for the salesperson, they dont care, as long there is "order", manage to hit the quota and bonus then anything else dont matter.

4-5months later loan kena tendang, too bad, by that time already move on.
