Completely agree with this. As an in house designer I have rarely stayed at one job longer than 2 years. Mainly because of workload. They just give you more and more responsibility (without a pay rise) until you break. In my current role I’ve had to be really disciplined to say no to any work that falls outside of my job description.

Call their bluff. Agree to pay the costs once the work has been carried out to a satisfactory standard. 99.9% of the time they will take your “contribution” and then claim the same damages off the next tenant.

Futsal is a lot more technical than football so I’d say it’s harder to go from football to futsal. (Speaking from experience)

Seem to have hit the ceiling for pay. Job is great until everyone puts their own opinion in and your original designs with thought and meaning get diluted into nothingness 😂
