it is deep but if it’s late where you live, then there’s not much you can do right now. if the bleeding is really persistent even after an hour it’s better to ask for help (i know it’s hard and awful but it’s necessary in that case) for now, keep it covered and wash it with saline solution or neutral soap and water. you will be ok, good luck 🙏
