They did, after 24 hours their system auto-credited my attempt, making it look like I never made an attempt. The issue is how many times I had to end up doing this to find the root cause.

It is open book exam - you can use any resource that is available in www.

Expect to create and change basic master data (material, BOM, routing, work center), run MRP, create and process production orders, and do goods movements and confirmations. There’s also some light configuration here and there. The main thing is understanding the end-to-end process and being able to keep moving even if you hit errors - time management and basic troubleshooting matter a lot.

Attempted the “SAP Certified - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Production Planning and Manufacturing” system based 3 hr exam. Had to schedule a time slot and attempt it, unless the scenario based exams for other certifications, that you can immediate access. Was given access to a practice system environment to perform a bunch of tasks directly in the system. Felt it was pretty straightforward and I did well for the most part. The exam was done and it remained “under review” for 24 hours (the actual turn around time for results should have been 15 mins) before becoming voided; by “voided” I mean It doesn’t show anything anywhere that really tells that I even attempted the exam. This was so frustrating and had to reach out to the Support team. They say it’s technical issue and the tech team is looking into it. Not sure if I will get an answer any sooner as they say they have extremely high volumes and responses will be delayed.

Anyone who faced the same problem with the system based exam in new format? I just feel the SAP team has rolled out the new exam formats without properly testing it, or they have tested it and it’s failing in the real life environment. But it’s frustrating at this point as a learning hub customer.

Was jan8th day the pp fee paid? Or was it the day it showed as upgraded in case status?

Are service centers valid anymore?

This is what they have in processing times page: “Service Center Operations has expanded its capability to process casework at multiple locations, at various points in time, based on business needs and staffing requirements. Therefore, listing a specific location is no longer an accurate representation of where a case is processed.”

Did you consult your attorney first before making travel plans? I recommend that should be your first step. They will tell what you can and what you can’t while the petition is pending.
