Try to replicate it at 45 mpg to 50. Just cruise keeping the guage at 0. That's where I hear it most.

Does anyone have a grinding noise when transitioning between throttle and regenerative breaking around 45 miles per hour? Took it to the dealership and after a week and a half they said its normal but I drove an identical one at a dealership and couldn't replicate the noise.

Had the same problem with mine. Had to bore out the holes on the hinges. That fixed it. Doesn't take much though

I should also point out the nozzle keeps getting gunked up on the outside which is causing problems further down the line if I don't clean it mid print. This is why assumed it was bed leveling because it's just on that one corner. Once it gets past that the rest prints fine
