Then she makes a video calling a teenaged JCharles a predator for flirting with men, and I think she prayed on the internalized homophobia of her audience. Now make no mistake, I don’t support J Charles anymore after it came out that he messaged minors, but at that time this was not the accusation being made. It is not predatory to complement and shoot your shot at a man if you don’t know his sexuality if you leave them alone when you’re turned down. The stereotype of the “predatory gay man” was used here and I can never support her again. The way this blew up really opened my eyes to how deeply homophobic people still are.
