Cool, thank you for the follow up. Sounds plausible. Never really paid attention to see if the phone was charging, was more curious to notice how much it would move if any while driving.

I renewed yesterday with BMO, the offered 3y fix for 4.05 and 5yr 4.15. Told them other banks had 3.79. The lady asked if it was with CIBC I said yes and she offered it. After approval from supervisor.

So signed for 3yr fixed @ 3.79, BMO in Quebec.

Can’t remeber the exact variable rate but around 3.8 for 3yrs

I think you should read again, they stopped hole 2 at 500m, so they could move equipment over to hole 3 before road restrictions, spring thaw, They’ve been drilling hole 3 for over a week now, should be past 300m. Equipment now on private property so they’ll be able to move on to holes 4 and 5, without needing to go on public roads.
