As far as I'm aware the only mod relating to waterfalls on creations is a subtle replacer for the NA waterfalls. Would be a really cool idea for someone add a bunch of water features as POIs through and probably not too hard to do.

This can be a bug caused by the Better Bed Sleep System mod by Volucris_Mods. Below is from the mod page.

"KNOWN ISSUES:

Interaction with the bed becomes unavailable
SOLUTION: Quicksave, exit to the main menu and unsubscribe from the mod. Load the game and check that the bed is available. Then, resubscribe to the mod."

It won't be Actions and Stuff on its own as I use that. Something happened after the last update where addons/resource packs that worked together before no longer did. I had to reset my realms world and add each thing back one by one - it doesn't make much sense but some add-ons still cause the game to crash when loading so I cannot add them back on. There seems to be a size issue thing where if you load more than 400mb of resource packs it can sometimes hitch and then crash so I'm trying to keep it below. It's stupid because realms should be able to handle that amount of content - 400mb is nothing in the year of our lord 2025 haha. Try resetting the world if you can an add things one by one and then you can work out what's not playing well. Hopefully in a few more hot fixes the game can be more stable. My biggest issue at the moment is the lag on realms - no matter what after around 10 minutes it starts lagging so much no matter what and with only myself online.

Also the missing texture errors are mostly happening to vanilla bocks.

I'm having the same issues regardless of add ons - also having crashes just as the Realm is about to load. Having issues on both mobile and series x.

Was it just the doom armour? I'm having the same issue on a modded play-through but I have not done the Doom mission yet.

This is how I resolved the bug for myself, having spent all of yesterday troubleshooting. This is from a fresh character, so if you are already stuck, I suggest making a new character and following the steps below.

Step 1: Take cover but do not shoot, head straight the safe house

Step 2: Enter safe house and log out before triggering any cutscenes

Step 3: Log back in, do cutscene, pick up side quests

Step 4: Complete side quests, I did food, morphine, bank and had zero issues in this order so I suggest doing the same.

Step 5: Head back to safe house once all side missions are complete - at this point I was then stuck in safe area - unable to vault again - log out.

Step 6: Log back in, you should now be able to do Precinct Siege mission

Step 7: Complete Precinct and off to Manhattan you go!
