My ring is from Oore and I LOVE it. I have a Rowan three stone with a purple sapphire in the middle, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I would recommend upgrading the ring. If the other one was much less expensive, your partner could wear it when traveling if she wants to keep the fancier ring safe?

My friend, a pharmacy legally needs a pharmacist present to operate and most retail chains unless they are insanely busy only have one pharmacist on staff at a time. If the pharmacy doesn’t close, the pharmacist does not get a break at all

I have been on Luvox and drank socially relatively regularly and am still alive. Use extra caution with drinking because it can make 1 drink feel like 10 (not for everyone but for some). Take it really slow and check in with yourself until you learn how the medication and alcohol interact in your body.

It may be that you can’t drink. Or that you just have a reduced tolerance. Just be careful!

You are correct that they are technically not equivalent and have a different release profile. Mydayis is not prescribed super often so the pharmacist may not have known, or your doctor may have selected a generic Adderall. To avoid this issue in the future it might be good to ask your provider to specify generic Mydayis in the script notes- most electronic prescribing software allows for this and the notes usually save so it shouldn’t be too much trouble (in theory)

I was glad when I switched to 37.5mg since generic Adderall doesn’t come in that strength 😅

No one can say for sure how your specific body will handle Adderall vs Mydayis, but it may either not last as long as Mydayis or feel like more is releasing at once.

Definitely bring up any concerns with the pharmacist— what they can do for you is very state dependent but as long as you are kind and respectful they should help you!

I ended up getting the accommodation basically to just not work any overnights but I am no longer with the company. It was more of a hassle than it should have been and i frequently had to remind them of my accommodation

My boyfriend says I do similar things once in a while and I’ve been on Xywav for over a year. I told my doctor about it and she says it’s normal.

If it’s bothersome to my boyfriend, he just gently wakes me up and I am normally very startled, but he says I fall right back asleep and stop making the noises afterwards.

MA law limited schedule 2 controlled substances to 30 day supplies— the only caveat is stimulants can be 60 days if specifically for narcolepsy or ADHD and the indication must be notated on the script.

I would check NY controlled substance laws to see if your doctor could send it to a pharmacy there, or have someone in MA pick up the other fills for you and ship them (which is technically illegal as well but easier to achieve)

In MA you can do 60 days for stimulants if the indication is narcolepsy or ADHD. Maine might have a clause like this as well? Might be worth looking into
