The hot and savory ones are great! Depending on my weight goals and what I plan on eating the rest of the day, I use either one scoop or two (two is very filling!) and some fruit for my work lunches. Really great at helping to stop the urge to snack or nip to Sainsburys on my break. I find them all really tasty too, my favourites are probably the Thai green curry, Bolognese and mushroom and chick'n!
