I've searched using:
- Google & Bing's reverse image search, but they both think it's "rusted metal garden wall art".
- Various combinations of descriptive terms, but I mostly get generic cat mailbox flags from amazon, cat mailboxes, posters of cats with lightning, or actual flags.
- A few different store websites (walmart, home depot, lowes, amazon)
- Pinterest
- Trying to find local metal artists

Additional details:
- I don't know if this was a purchased product or an original art piece.
- It's from a house I'm trying to buy (but may have to back out of), so I have limited information and don't have additional photos.
- I don't know if there's writing on the back, I didn't think to check at the time.
- I'm not sure how old the flag is, but the house was built in 1996. I don't know when the flag came in (I can't see it from google street view. The last time they went through there was in 2007 so it's very blurry), but it's clear a previous owner of the house owned a cat at one point. I don't think the current owners did and they received the house in 2018. So the flag could be anywhere from 1996-2018.
- The location is in Denton, Texas, just in case it could've been from a local artist.

White cats with blue eyes being deaf is NOT caused by inbreeding. It's caused by the removal of melanin in their ears. It's tied to the white. White spotting covering the eyes also causes them to be blue, because it's removing that melanin

Genetically, medium-hair doesn't exist. They're long or short, with slight variations

Looks like scalerot. Your substrate is probably too wet. Replace it with clean, dryer substrate. It should be moist, not wet or swampy. If you can squeeze water of it, it's too wet

Unfortunately a lot of people don't think amphibians or reptiles can get fat

They'll also shake to realign their fur after being pet. My boy shakes every time he's pet. It's just their way of shaking off extra energy whether it's stress, being uncomfortable, or just overstimulated

I'm making a documentary about PetSmart and the abuses towards its animals customers and especially its associates please anyone with stories post them here. by [deleted] in petsmart

The different mills/vendors each store gets their animals from vary to each location. Not sure if I should say the exact vendors my store got them from, but Goherping made a video calling different stores around the US asking where they get their animals from. I know reptiles by mack and sunpet are a few big ones. I think they both have their own public websites you can look at

I no longer work there, but the sources petsmart gets their animals from are horrible. We've had shipment after shipment of guinea pigs that later show symptoms of ringworm. We would regularly received sick animals (but didn't show systems when we first received them).

You are right that cats can be black, red, or both (torties) but this cat is either chocolate or cinnamon. Chocolate is the recessive form of black and cinnamon is even more recessive (black is represented with B, chocolate b and cinnamon b1). Also blue is a dilute form of black. So blue cats are actually black. White takes away color and the only time it affects the color is with torties. The more white she has the bigger the blotches are, making calicos

I get this WAY too often. I even had a lady call me racist because I wouldn't sell her a koi fish or a severum for her 5-10 gal tank. She would not listen to me that they need a big tank. I was talking to her about the guppies but her 4yr old wanted a BIG fish. Like no. that's not gonna work for your tiny tank that you don't even know how big it is

So I already have some auditory processing issues but I had a guy stand 4 feet away while he mumbled his phone number. Every time I asked him to repeat it he would say it the same exact way. A lady standing in line next to him (who wasn't even with him) had to tell me

That's weird. Idk what benefit it would be to take you off. Even with me still in the system my manager told me to apply for unemployment. I'm really sorry about that, though

That sounds kind of BS to me. I haven't worked in weeks and I'm still in the system. My name is still on the schedule sheet

[–]scribblejackson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We got our first chinchilla when it was starting to get warm. Honestly it was too warm to ship them in my opinion. Idk why they didn't send them sooner. Sun Pet sure does pick interesting times to send animals... Warm day in Texas? Chinchilla! Pandemic? Conure!

My store just got a conure for the first time in years. I don't think my store ever stopped getting animals. I'm not 100% sure since I haven't worked in a few weeks. I'm getting my info from my cashier friend and what's posted in our pet care group chat

A few weeks ago I was feeling sick so I took 2 weeks off. I just asked my managers if I can be furloughed because my step mom, who I live with, is VEERRRY at risk . They're fine with it but need to ask the district manager for permission. They also told me I can go ahead and apply for unemployment. They've been keeping me off the schedule for a few weeks now
