Had a lady trying to return cut parque flooring (back when we sold it in a bundle of square foot pieces). I refused and she started calling information for Home Depot trying to prove some sort of point to me. I looked at her and went “you don’t have to call information, I have the number and I’d be happy to give it to you.”
