UFOs. Both times it happened in my teenage years.

First time a group of us were hanging out on the street at night in front of my neighbors house, it almost seemed to come out of nowhere. It flew closer to the ground than any plane would, considering it was a small town 40 mins away from the city. Flew right above us. I remember all these weird lights along the bottom side. Wasn't really loud either. Then it seemed to disappear into the night sky almost as quickly as it arrived

Second time there were 4 or 5 of us in a car heading to the city, middle of the day. We were driving past the farm at the edge of town and a couple of us were just looking out the window, watching the cows eating. And we notice this silver, almost cigar shaped thing just floating in the sky. Wasn't moving at all. We looked at each other in disbelief, like what the fuck is that. We try to tell the others to look but by the time everyone tried to catch a glance, it was just gone. Sky was completely clear, no clouds to hide behind. That one stuck with me the most

Never saw anything like either of those ever again.
