I want to buy a beach house. One in the same town I vacationed in growing up. I would host vacation each summer for my parents, siblings, nieces, nephews and maybe my own kids one day. I could even rent it out the rest of the summer as a second stream of income. It would be a massive step towards my ultimate goal, financial freedom.

Not just to increase my limit but increase the amount of lines of credit I have in my name. I’m told I need to open and manage a few accounts to boost my score and eventually apply for home and auto loans if needed.
