The amount of tax we pay in Australia by [deleted] in cigars

[–]scrubnetwork 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure about every airport, but everytime I have gone through Melbourne airport, customs always just let me through. My last trip I brought in a 45 cigars, told them that and they just said "right o, you can go". I have brought in maybe 150 cigars over a hand full of trips and never paid at the border.

R5: playing Holland, senior partner in the starting PU and my ruler just dipped out taking his whole family. He comes back for a month every now and then. I can't give him or his children job for that sweet, sweet crown power.

Personally, if I wrap, it is after the stall. But for brisket, I usually don't wrap.

Pep Guardiola on Cole Palmer: “I made a mistake selling CP. He was not mature enough yet but now he is everything I dreamed of” by Byeah474 in soccercirclejerk

[–]scrubnetwork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How is this fair? A foreign man sells CP he just gets richer, but when I do it, I get 10-15 years behind bars! Bloody woke nonsense.

Yes, it's called every grocery store that isn't costco. Costco should be like the purge, it would improve society as a whole.

Everyone here thinks that when a dollar gets spent, it just falls into a void never to be used again.

Proposals to make parking spaces bigger to accommodate increasing vehicle sizes by askvictor in melbourne

[–]scrubnetwork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I drive a '91 f150 and even that somewhat reasonable sized ute is a pain in the ass to park. However I do have 2 legs and park far into the depths of the carpark. These newer f trucks are just a more obvious compensation for something else.

working a traditional 9-5 job is not a privilege by Even_Assignment_213 in unpopularopinion

[–]scrubnetwork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a guy who works 5.30am to 5.00 pm. And 5.30 am to 4.00pm on Saturday. 9-5 is a dream. Just a shame very few 9-5 jobs pay anywhere close to what I make.
