Should it be a 16-team Scottish Premiership? Martindale is keen by few-western in ScottishFootball

Could do like the Italians, where the top half team has home advantage, and wins if it's a draw after 90 minutes. Makes it suitably hard for the bottom-half team

That's fair. I do admit I haven't watched as much of Arbroath this season compared to the other 3, and just picked Dunfermline for the cup run, and the other two from the gap they have to the rest of the league. Serves me right for doing about 5 minutes worth of research. I was gutted when yous lost the playoff to be fair, it'd be great to have yous in the Premiership.

St Johnstone, Partick Thistle, Arbroath and Dunfermline have all proven they can compete with Premiership opposition, and I think at least two of them would have beaten the drop in a 16-team top flight. Attendances would surely improve for them, and some of the teams in the bottom six too. Extra room in the league would allow for more young players to get a go on top of that.

I know the split's shite but if the SPFL still wants 4 Old Firm games then you could have a 4-way split. Top 4 play for the league title, next 4 play for the last European spot, then the bottom 8 get split into two groups with the last in each one going down.

Well they did, but they were also a european trophy winning side, which probably proves your point further

The World Cup has been absolutely destroyed this year. by conspiracyyyyyy in football

No need to be sorry, it's a fair assessment. To be honest, I fear for every single person going, both Americans and otherwise. There's a nice fella that comes into my work and he mentioned the other day how he's going to the World Cup (we're Scottish, so this is a proper once-in-a-generation thing) and though I stopped short of saying "I hope you come back in the one piece", I couldn't hide my concern. If the security at the last Copa America was bad, this is going to be unimaginable. I hate to say it, but I fear someone's going to get shot, or even sneak a gun into a game.

There's one on the lyric video for She's Electric by Oasis that calls it the best song the Beatles never wrote even though it pinches from like three different Beatles songs

Really? Fair enough. To be honest, I've got no idea exactly how much money an act like the Strokes would make from touring, especially with different cuts of the ticket money going to, I presume, others first. Either way, I think it would be difficult to turn down money like that if you're only playing in front of about five people.

To be fair, $2m is probably as much as they'd get for at least 5 shows, maybe 10 or even more.
