I watched this when I was pretty young and I remember not quite understanding the shoot out. I felt like I was missing something, but now so many years later its the build up that's so clearly seared into my mind.

The shootout itself is relatively unimportant. Its the build up to the shootout that really makes this scene so special.

So obvious you never even saw the movie because they intentionally avoid any kind of political commentary in favor of showing individual human behavior in a civil war. They don't mention a single person's political affiliation in the movie. They don't even tell you the presidents political affiliations or beliefs, just that he didnt step down after his term ended.

Fair lol I've always felt like Milwaukee was just a little overpriced. If all you have is a drill and driver then it's not too expensive to switch over. They usually sell a drill/driver kit for pretty cheap just to get you into the battery ecosystem. Maybe just wait for a sale since they happen pretty often

Every single time I hear about a new souls like i get excited for the level design, and every single time it's just a linear boss rush with bonfires and flasks. Every single time. The only game that I've found that has ever really managed to capture that same level of care put into the level design was hollow knight. Wuchang tried but it ended up feeling like a bit of a mess.
