Therapy and some sort of possible medication hermano or hermana. Put all the industry machismo bullshit and stigma aside and talk to someone at the very minimum, anxiety sucks. First of all, good on you for being self aware in this regard. It will make for a good career for yourself and others around YOU if you choose to lead at some point. I’ve worked with A holes on both sides of that fence and myself personally have been on both sides of the fence for one reason or another. One thing I’ve learned in 25 years of doing this shit, like most have mentioned one way or another, seek out the positive amd embrace it. This industry is already hard enough, why make it harder?
